a6. Czech Republic. The Czech National Bank (CNB) publishes a quarterly property price index (transfer prices according to tax returns) through their Financial Stability Report. It has four classifications of dwellings- 1) family houses; 2) apartments; 3) apartment blocks; and 4) building plots. The time-series started in 1999.
