Statistics Netherlands publishes a monthly house price index of existing own homes, those dwellings sold to a private person and intended for permanent residence by that private person. It is based on a complete registration of sales of dwellings by the Dutch Land Registry Office (Kadaster) and Value Immovable Property (WOZ). It stretches back to 2005. Quarterly Change in house prices
|% change over a quarter (QoQ)|
This table shows the change in house prices during a single quarter.
The figures are not adjusted for inflation, so may overstate house price rises (or understate declines).
Four quarter's house price changes may NOT sum to the annual (year-on-year) change in house prices, for statistical reasons.
